- 1 tablespoon of sugar or sweetener of your choice

1. Brew the Tea: Start by brewing 1 cup of tea using your preferred method. If using tea bags, steep them in hot water according to the package instructions. If using loose leaf tea, follow the recommended steeping time and strain the tea leaves before proceeding.
