The Bow River begins in the Rocky Mountains. It winds through Lake Louise, Banff, through the Alberta foothills out to the prairies. Rivers are the lifeblood of the earth cleansing, feeding, and shaping the land as they go.

Pu-erh tea offers a similar medicinal value and is both warm and energizing. It is known to dispel grease and toxins from a diet rich in meat and cholesterol. We’ve added organic ginger into this blend which was inspired by an ancient herbal formula used as a “beauty aid” and “slimming tea” in Asia. The zesty notes of orange and ginger complement the rich, smooth flavors of Pu-erh.

Hand-blended Organic Ingredients: Yunnan Pu-erh tea, ginger, orange peel

Great find!

Love I found this tea! It is the best ginger tea I have tasted, and is one of my go to teas.

Jolene’s Ginger Pu-erh

Pu-erh is my favourite tea and a special treat for me, and to add ginger to it makes it the perfect after dinner sipper or when we come in from the cold to warm us from the inside out!

Awesome!

What a great tea! I forgot what good quality tea tasted like until I brewed myself a cup of this. The Pu Erh isn't outrageously strong - it is more smooth and light, barely any tannins - but the ginger tastes like fresh ginger root without the burning sensation. Perfect on its own or with a dash of milk.
