Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup : The Butterfly Pea Flower syrup boasts a vibrant hue and a delicate floral taste. It lends itself beautifully to both sweet and savoury creations, transforming every moment into a magical experience.
Blue Flower Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of Butterfly Pea Flower syrup
- 250 ml of cream (25%)
- 250 ml of Milk
- 105 g of Sugar
- 10 ml of Gelatine leaf
Preparation:
In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatine over the water. Allow to swell for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, gently warm the cream and milk with the sugar, seeds, and vanilla pod, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from the heat. Add the gelatine and whisk until it is completely dissolved. Strain through a sieve.
Divide the mixture among 6 glasses, each with a capacity of 250 ml (1 cup). Allow to cool slightly. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for about 6 hours or until the panna cotta has set.
Add 1 tbsp of Butterfly Pea Flower syrup to the cream mixture before pouring the panna cotta. Once served, drizzle a splash of lemon juice on top to create a naturally bicolour effect, a touch that is both aesthetic and delectable.
Meadow Mint Syrup : With its sweet and refreshing taste, Meadow Mint syrup is perfect for a sensation of lightness and freshness. Ideal for your moments of relaxation or to add a touch of greenery to your creations.
Prairie Mojito (Mocktail)
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Meadow Mint syrup
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- ½ lime, juiced
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice in a glass. Add the Meadow Mint syrup, followed by the ice cubes. Top up with sparkling water and garnish with a sprig of mint. A fresh and invigorating alcohol-free mojito!
Wild Rose Buds Syrup : The Wild Rose Buds syrup is floral, delicately scented, and perfect for adding a romantic and sweet touch to your recipes.
- Rose Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Wild Rose Buds syrup
- 1 shot of espresso (optional)
- Hot milk or plant-based milk
Preparation: Pour the syrup into the bottom of the cup, then add the espresso (if desired). Top up with steamed milk. Sprinkle with dried rose petals for an elegant touch.
2. Rosé Spritz (Mocktail or Cocktail)
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Wild Rose Buds syrup
- 3 oz of white grape juice
- Sparkling water or prosecco (for the alcoholic version)
- Ice cubes, slice of lemon
Preparation: Mix the Wild Rose Buds syrup and white grape juice in a glass. Top up with sparkling water or prosecco for a sparkling cocktail, or choose the mocktail version. Add ice cubes and a slice of lemon for the finishing touch.
Scarlet Berry Syrup : The Scarlet Berry syrup is the very essence of summer with its fruity aromas and intense colour. Perfect for adding a burst of flavour to your creations.
Raspberry-tea Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Scarlet Berry syrup
- ½ oz of lime juice
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes, a few fresh berries
Preparation: In a glass, pour in the Scarlet Berry syrup and lime juice. Add ice cubes, then top up with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh berries for a vibrant and refreshing soda.
Raspberry Green Syrup : The Raspberry Green syrup is a subtle blend of fruits and herbs, bringing a perfect herbal touch for original recipes.
Iced Raspberry Matcha
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Raspberry Green syrup
- ½ tsp of matcha
- 2 oz of hot water
- Cold milk or oat milk
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Prepare the matcha with the hot water. In a glass, pour the Raspberry Green syrup, add the ice cubes and the cold milk. Gently pour the matcha to create a unique and delicious ombre effect.
